MANILA, Philippines — A possible new subpoena for Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa is only “hypothetical,” Philippine National Police (PNP) spokesperson Brig. Gen. Randulf Tuaño clarified on Thursday. “For clarification, my statement during the interview was in reference to the absence of any legal basis at present to hold or restrain former Sen.
