Lebanon Logistics and Telecommunications Cluster (LTC) - Two months of Activation | March - May 2026

Country: Lebanon Sources: Logistics Cluster, World Food Programme Please refer to the attached Infographic. • The LTC enabled partners to access hard-to-reach areas, providing convoy services and coordinating all necessary arrangements on security and clearances. • Transport services are also provided through the Jordan-Lebanon corridor, in coordination with Jordanian and Lebanese authorities. This service supports partners in transporting goods into Lebanon through simplified importation processes, highlighting the importance of collaboration between authorities and humanitarian actors. • Storage services have been provided in two warehouses (Beirut and Zahle) with a total capacity of 1,700 pallet positions. • An ICT information needs assessment surveyed seven districts in the South to understand affected communities’ access to connectivity, electricity, and trusted information sources. • LTC telecoms is leading the coordination of Starlink licensing with the Government and is working with mobile network operators on site restoration, expanding internet speed-testing through humanitarian convoys and supporting convoy-tracking systems to strengthen staff safety and security.
