House expels Barzaga over ‘disruptive’ and ‘disorderly’ behavior

MANILA, Philippines — Lawmakers on Tuesday voted to expel Cavite Rep. Kiko Barzaga over “disruptive” and “disorderly” behavior, making him the first in nearly three years to be expelled from the House of Representatives.
