Staro Rīga light festival to be made disability-friendly

This year, the "Staro Rīga" light festival will become more accessible to people with visual impairments. The association "Socintegra" has received support from the Riga City Council’s Department of Education, Culture, and Sports to implement a project that will adapt one of Latvia’s most popular cultural festivals for the blind, the organisers say.
