NAPOLCOM supports church-backed truth commission on EJKs

The National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) is willing to study and act on recommendations of the church-backed Philippine Truth and Reconciliation Commission, which aims to conduct and investigation of alleged killings and abuses under the Duterte administration's war on drugs.
