Jinggoy Estrada asks Sandiganbayan to attend hearings in plain clothes

Senator Jinggoy Estrada has asked the Sandiganbayan to allow him to attend court hearings for his plunder and graft cases in plain clothes instead of the standard Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) uniform.
