Apad: Operators given 5 months to relocate to licensed terminals

KUALA LUMPUR: The Land Public Transport Agency (Apad) has defended enforcement action against an express bus operator that ceased services in the capital, saying the company was given nearly five months to relocate to a licensed terminal but failed to comply.
