CEBU CITY, Philippines — Two men arrested in a predawn buy-bust operation in Barangay Sambag 1, Cebu City remain under police custody as authorities prepare complaints involving the alleged sale and possession of dangerous drugs following the seizure of P1.53 million worth of suspected shabu. The Sambag 1 buy-bust suspects, identified only as aliases “Archie,” 43, of Barangay Sambag 1, Cebu City, and “Michael,” 50, of Barangay Pugalo, Alcoy town, were arrested at around 3:55 a.m. on May 31 during an anti-drug operation conducted by the Regional Police Drug Enforcement Unit in Central Visayas (RPDEU-7).
