Malaysia's factory activity cools in May as demand weakens: S&P Global

KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s manufacturing sector weakened in May with the S&P Global Malaysia Manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index (PMI) falling to 49.9 from 51.6 in April after two consecutive months of improvement in the sector’s overall health.
