Bonoan received medical clearance, ready for transfer to Sandiganbayan -- PNP hospital

Former Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Manuel Bonoan has been issued a medical clearance and is ready to be transferred to the Sandiganbayan, the Philippine National Police General Hospital (PNPGH) said Tuesday.
