LTO summons motorcycle rider in viral 'wheelie' video

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has summoned a motorcycle rider who went viral for performing a “wheelie” - a stunt in which the rider balances the motorcycle on its rear wheel, with the front wheel lifted off the ground.
