'Chaotic scenes' in Beirut after Netanyahu orders strikes

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday ordered ​the military to attack targets in the Lebanese capital Beirut's southern suburbs, a Hezbollah stronghold known as Dahiyeh, prompting residents to scramble to flee the area.
