Study shows Latvians are 'liberal', 'conservative' and often both at once

When it comes to social values ​​in Latvia, about half of voters lean 'liberal', and half 'conservative'. The picture is different when it comes to economic issues – the majority are left-wing and want a large welfare state that takes care of its citizens, according to a recently published study "Political Spectrums in Latvia" (attached below in its full English-language version).
