Latvia's average salary was EUR 1,831 in first quarter

Central Statistical Bureau provisional data, published on June 1, show that in Q1 2026, average monthly gross wages and salaries stood at 1,831 euros (in full-time units), representing a rise of 73 euros or 4.2 % compared with Q1 2025. Hourly earnings increased to 11.87 euros or by 2.3 %.
