SAN FRANCISCO, Agusan del Sur — Education Secretary Sonny Angara underscored the spirit of bayanihan (unity) and community volunteerism during the simultaneous launching of Brigada Eskwela 2026 on Monday in preparation for the opening of public school classes next week. He led the national kickoff of Brigada Eskwela at the Cabadbaran National High School in Cabadbaran City, Agusan del Norte.
