Sabah Watergate: Prosecution appeals 'inadequate' eight-year sentence

KOTA KINABALU: The prosecution has filed an appeal against the sentence imposed on former Sabah Water Department director Ag Mohd Tahir Mohd Talib, as well as the discharge and acquittal of two co-accused in the high-profile Op Water case, the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) said.
