Jinggoy Estrada surrendered to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) in Camp Crame on Monday following the arrest order issued by the Sandiganbayan in connection with the plunder and graft cases filed against him. The senator was accused of pocketing P573 million in alleged kickbacks linked to a flood control project.
