Readers' Letters: New Presiding Officer has made welcome changes

The new Presiding Officer has made welcome changes to the Scottish Parliament already. Some of the pre-prepared scripts that ministers used to answer questions that have had to be submitted in advance, will be history. Instead, MSPs will be able to ask questions without notice of what the question is, and ministers will actually have to think on their feet and be exposed rather than having some (highly paid) special adviser doing the thinking for them.
