Marcos announces upgraded PH-Vietnam strategic ties

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines and Vietnam have elevated their ties to an Enhanced Strategic Partnership, expanding cooperation and strengthening political and defense relations, President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announced on Monday.
