KUALA LUMPUR: The Federation of Motor and Credit Companies Association of Malaysia (FMCCAM) has welcomed the implementation of the Hire-Purchase (Amendment) Act 2026, saying it will make vehicle financing more transparent, fair and consumer-friendly.
