LTFRB to no longer require newspaper publication for franchise applications

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) will no longer require the publication of franchise applications and notice of hearing in a newspaper of general circulation for the issuance of a Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC).
