Angeles building collapse death toll rises to 10

ANGELES CITY — The death toll from the collapse of a nine-story building under construction in Barangay Balibago rose to 10 on Sunday, May 31. The Bureau of Fire Protection said the latest victim was extricated at 4:27 p.m. Authorities have yet to identify the remains.
