Oriental Mindoro maintains 9.93-MW power reserve
CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro — The Oriental Mindoro power grid maintained a 9.93-megawatt (MW) reserve as of 8 a.m. Sunday, May 31, according to the latest Dispatch Report from the National Transmission Corporation (TransCo), released by the Oriental Mindoro Electric Cooperative (Ormeco). Data showed total power demand at 53.08 MW, while dependable capacity stood at 63.01 MW, leaving a positive reserve of 9.93 MW. The province’s contracted capacity remained at 99.50 MW.
