Philippines verifying Chinese structures in Panatag

Defense Secretary Gilbert Teodoro Jr. confirmed yesterday that the Philippines has received “raw information” indicating that China has built structures in Panatag (Scarborough) Shoal, also called Bajo de Masinloc, in the West Philippine Sea.
