Iloilo City mayor faces ‘anti-epal’ complaint over livelihood program
ILOILO CITY — Iloilo City Mayor Raisa Treñas-Chu has become the subject of a recent complaint lodged with the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), alleging that she may have violated the department’s ‘anti-epal’ policy with her signature livelihood program for mothers.
