DAVAO CITY — The Philippine Eagle Foundation (PEF) clarified that the White-bellied Sea Eagle rescued by residents on May 27 in Barangay Tinocdugan, northwestern Leyte is not one of the Philippine eagles previously released for a reintroduction program in Eastern Visayas.
