Typhoon Domeng 'less likely' to make landfall — Pagasa

LAPU-LAPU CITY, Cebu — Tropical Cyclone Domeng (international name: Jangmi) intensified into a typhoon within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Saturday afternoon, May 30. In its 5 p.m. bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the typhoon is less likely to make landfall and will continue moving across the Philippine Sea. The eye of the typhoon was located 815 kilometers east of Northern Luzon and was moving northwestward at 20 kilometers per hour.
