Civil society groups seek stronger checks in AG-PP separation bill

KUALA LUMPUR: Civil society groups have called on the government to ensure that proposed constitutional amendments separating the roles of the Attorney-General (AG) and Public Prosecutor (PP) result in an independent, accountable and credible prosecution service.
