Mayor questions why police brought suspected WW II-era explosive to Stephenville, N.L.

Stephenville Mayor Bob Byrnes says it's "concerning" the RCMP brought the explosive to a residential neighbourhood, sparking distress in the community. Military experts agree: it was the wrong decision.
