Man pretending to have information on Bato Dela Rosa arrested by the NBI

A man was arrested by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Friday after pretending to have information on the whereabouts of Senator Ronald 'Bato" dela Rosa, who is wanted by the International Criminal Court.
