Deep-strike sanctions: Ukrainian forces hit Russia's Volgograd refinery

Deep-strike units of Ukraine's Special Operations Forces hit the Volgograd oil refinery owned by Lukoil, one of Russia's largest energy companies, on the night of 28-29 May.
