IJM Corp unit to sell Sabah property to Econsave-linked company for RM47.5mil

KUALA LUMPUR: IJM Corporation Bhd's (IJM Corp) indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, IJM Properties Sdn Bhd, has signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) to dispose of a piece of land together with a single-storey building in Sandakan, Sabah, to Coupang Sdn Bhd for RM47.5 million in cash.
