SAN FERNANDO, Bukidnon, Philippines — The municipality of San Fernando in Bukidnon marked its second year as an insurgency-free town on Thursday, May 28, sustaining its status as the first municipality among 84 towns in Northern Mindanao to achieve the declaration since 2024.
