New beginnings: 36 recovering drug users finish rehab in Iloilo City

ILOILO CITY — Some 36 former drug dependents took a significant step toward rebuilding their lives after successfully graduating from the city’s community-based rehabilitation program on Thursday, May 28, 2026. The graduates, who comprise Batch 12 of the Iloilo City Change Center, completed the comprehensive Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation Program (CBDRP).
