Man nabbed for trying to scam Matibag about dela Rosa whereabouts

MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has arrested a man who tried to scam Director Melvin Matibag of the National Bureau of Investigation by saying that he allegedly has information on the whereabouts of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa.
