CEBU CITY, Philippines — Puerto Rican unified World Boxing Organization (WBO) and World Boxing Association (WBA) minimumweight champion Oscar Collazo has once again opted to defend his titles against a lower-ranked opponent. This time, Collazo will face veteran Filipino boxer Joey Canoy, the current No. 9 contender in the WBA rankings, for his unified world titles.
