Apex Equity to raise RM14.07mil via private placement for money-lending business

KUALA LUMPUR: Apex Equity Holdings Bhd has proposed to undertake a private placement of up to 10 per cent or up to 21.36 million new Apex shares to raise up to RM14.07 million.
