The National Capital District Provincial Health Authority (NCDPHA), in collaboration with the Port Moresby South District Development Authority (DDA), has successfully announced during an island visit that the Fisherman Island health facility will be upgraded to a level 2 health center. During the visit, NCDPHA's Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Robin Oge, and Senior Management team, together with the CEO of Port Moresby South DDA, Aisop Mol, and his senior managers, agreed on a collaborative pathway to operationalize the island's health facility as a Level 2 Health Centre.
