Russia offers food, transport, energy solutions to help Cebu's economy

CEBU CITY, Philippines — One of the largest economies in the world has offered to provide solutions that might support Cebu in its economic growth as well as address some of its pressing concerns, especially in food and energy security. Delegates from Russia met with the public and private sectors in Cebu on Friday, May 29, for the Moscow-Cebu Business Forum held at the Capitol Social Hall.
