Children's toys sold in Canada recalled due to chemical and other health hazards

More than 4,000 units of TheKiddoSpace's handwriting practice and finger painting kits are being recalled due to the presence of chemicals such as lead, methanol and ethylene glycol, a common ingredient in anti-freeze.
