AG sues JA Plant Pool, Siaw Agyepong over alleged $2m DRIP overpayment

The Attorney General has sued JA Plant Pool and its Executive Chairman, Joseph Siaw Agyepong, seeking to recover an alleged excess payment of $2 million made under the District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP) contract.
