GRS: Revised Special Grant rate for Sabah must take effect this year

KUALA LUMPUR: Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) remains firm on its stance that a revised Special Grant rate for Sabah under Articles 112C and 112D of the Federal Constitution must be implemented this year.
