CIDG files obstruction of justice complaint vs. Robin Padilla

The Philippine National Police-Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (PNP-CIDG) on Thursday filed a complaint for obstruction of justice against Senator Robin Padilla and others with the Department of Justice, according to Prosecutor General Richard Fadullon.
