Kyiv and EU agree on text of €90bn loan agreement, document now in Ukrainian parliament

The EU and Ukraine have finalised the draft loan agreement for €90 billion in macro-financial assistance for 2026-2027, with the document now submitted to Ukraine’s parliament for approval.
