MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) has arrested two minors for allegedly trafficking 11 fellow minors and a 19-year-old student in a resort in Novaliches, Quezon City. In an interview with reporters at the NBI headquarters on Thursday, the agent-on-case said the two subjects, both 14-year-old and supposedly friends, were allegedly engaging in human trafficking involving sexual services of minor victims.
