GEORGE TOWN: The Penang Development Corporation (PDC) today defended its rejection of an RM818 million bid by an IJM-Aspen-Mettiz Capital consortium to develop 559 acres in Ladang Byram/Changkat, citing a potential RM294 million cost exposure for the corporation.
