MANILA, Philippines — “They are related.” Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) director Maj. Gen. Robert Alexander Morico II said this about the shooting at the Senate on the night of May 13 and the departure of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa from its premises in the early hours of May 14. “We based our findings sa facts that we collect,” Morico explained in a press briefing in Camp Crame on Thursday.
