CEBU CITY, Philippines — Cebuanos can now apply for and process Philippine Postal IDs at Cebu City’s 24/7 government hub in Lahug, giving workers, students, and night-shift employees round-the-clock access to one of the country’s most widely accepted government-issued IDs.
