Joint wind orchestra to come together in Balvi, Latvia

When dozens of trumpets, tubas, and saxophones play together, wind music becomes not only something to be heard, but also something to be felt. On Saturday, May 30, wind orchestras from Vidzeme and Latgale will come together in the eastern town of Balvi for the concert "Skanēt savā laikā" (Sound of Our Time).
