Guan Eng urges PDC to sue PLB Engineering over RM20 million unpaid landfill fees

GEORGE TOWN: DAP chairman Lim Guan Eng has urged the Penang Development Corporation (PDC) to sue PLB Engineering Bhd over RM20 million in alleged unpaid fees linked to the Jelutong landfill rehabilitation project.
